Godrej Chairman Pirojsha Godrej said that the total land bought from Raj Kapoor’s family is one acre. There will be a new luxury house here. Godrej had bought the land from the heirs of the Kapoor family in a valid contract. It is mentioned in the contract that the sale price is kept confidential.
Housing project to be built in Chembur
A housing project is coming up on Devna Farm Road in Chembur, Mumbai, near Tata Institute of Social Sciences. Earlier in 2019, Godrej had bought another property of the Kapoor family. RK Studio is located in Chembur, a project is also under construction, which will be completed this year.
